I bought a Classic 300MP in January, had it load banked, and itís easily one of, if not the slickest machine Iíve ever welded with. I canít say enough good about it.

I've always used 2% for pretty much everything except aluminum, which I use pure tungsten for. Haven't used lanthanated before but I'll be sure to avoid it if it's given to me now!

Yeah Doug, I was told to check the pertronix site for a troubleshooting thing and that's one thing they say, that if the air gap between the magnet sleeve and the module is too much that it may cause...
