Yeah man, chrome really is up there in the pain in the ass category. We only purge anything above 2 1/4 chrome. One procedure requiered us to preheat 350 just to prep the bevels on a 9 chrome pup...

Hey man check your output studs and make sure they have insulators on both front and behind your control panel. Mine was doing the same thing, and was grounding out to my truck b/c the inside washer...
