Another thing to consider which you mentioned heavy equipment repair you may want to consider the air vantage...

All depends on what the owner wants or requires, depends on diameter as well.

Some of your larger od's are simply not available in USA because there aren't any mills to make it here.

Surprising nobody caught onto that, typically there's somebody reviewing the film each morning from the previous day. The major give away would be the IQI's are in the exact same spot for every weld...

All of the information regarding what code your using doesn't effect your rate (at least in the US).

Not sure what CWB Level II is comparable to as far as US qualifications, it seems/sounds...

Need more info as far as film goes, as far as spacing and location before I would be able to help narrow down or give my 2 cents worth, but from the start it sounds possibly like a voltage issue...
